For the duration of the games, every evening from 8pm, the pontoons that are anchored in the Yarra explode in a 10 minute display of light, water and music, recreating the opening night. There are 36 pontoons, each with two giant metallic fish on board and each fish represents a country competing in the Commonwealth Games.
